Whether you’re currently pregnant or recently gave birth, you’re on a magical motherhood journey. The process of giving birth and the postpartum period can be a challenge as your mind, body, and spirit adjust to life with a new baby and a new body.
While it may not be your number one priority, the postpartum period is the optimal time to practice self-care consistently. After this 4-week series, you will learn how to:
Establish a solid core foundation
Wake up your posterior chain
Enhance your posture
Make nutritious meal choices to fuel your body
This series is designed for women that are currently pregnant or have had a baby in the last four weeks to a year. Also, non-mobile babies are welcome.
